React.JS Developer (Senior & Lead)

As a Frontend Developer at our company, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining web applications using React.js and modern JavaScript frameworks. Your key responsibilities will include: - Building clean, reusable, and scalable UI components using React Hooks, Context API, Redux, etc. - Developing AI-driven modules such as Chatbot UI / Conversational interfaces, AI recommendation modules, and AI dashboards. - Working closely with backend teams to integrate REST/GraphQL APIs. - Optimizing application performance and ensuring cross-browser compatibility. - Implementing responsive UI designs using HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind, Bootstrap, Material UI, etc. - Handling state management, authentication flows, and session handling. - Collaborating with designers, product teams, and AI engineers for seamless execution. - Writing clean, well-documented code following best practices. - Debugging, testing, and supporting deployment of front-end applications. Required Skills: - Strong experience in React.js (2+ years preferred). - Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, and CSS. - Experience with API integration (REST / GraphQL). - Knowledge of state management tools (Redux / Context API / Zustand). - Familiarity with component-driven architecture. - Experience working on AI-based applications (ChatGPT-style UI, AI dashboards, AI tools). - Familiarity with front-end testing tools such as Jest, React Testing Library (preferred). - Experience with Git, version control, and Agile methodology. Preferred Skills (Good to Have): - Experience in building prompt-based AI interfaces. - Familiarity with LLM integrations (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini). - Knowledge of Next.js. - Experience in WebSockets / real-time UI for chat streaming. - Understanding AI concepts like embeddings, vector search, and RAG (added advantage). - UI/UX understanding of AI-based product interfaces. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in computer science / IT / Engineering or equivalent. - Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
