What will you do? The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, as well as the ability to analyze data from various sources and synthesize findings into actionable recommendations for key stakeholders, highlighting areas for improvement and any concerns. He/she must be able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to execute tasks within defined timeframes while maintaining superior service levels. The ability to take proactive actions and willingness to take up responsibility beyond the assigned work area is a plus. What are your Key Responsibilities?

Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to define analytical objectives, data requirements, obtain data, and conduct in-depth analyses in order to achieve specific business goals Examine data sources and make sure that reports and presentations are correct and make sense Develop and deliver presentations, dashboards, and data visualizations to stakeholders that highlight key findings, learnings, and recommendations Develop custom and stock data models and algorithms to apply to data sets Coordinate with business teams to implement analytics solutions and monitor outcomes

What Skills you should have?

Strong problem-solving abilities based on data-driven quantitative methods and critical thinking Ability to identify trends and patterns with data Excellent communication (both verbal and written) and interpersonal skills, able to work well with people at all levels in the organization Intellectual curiosity and a desire to constantly learn Strong Microsoft Office skills. Advanced Excel and Power BI is an asset Knowledge of fundamental statistical techniques for manipulating data and drawing conclusions from data sets will be preferred Basic understanding of machine learning techniques and their real-world applications will be an added advantage
