Associate Process Manager - Technology Services - 80805

Role Overview: We’re seeking a detail-oriented Junior Test Engineer with a passion for quality and continuous improvement. You’ll work closely with developers and senior QA staff to execute test cases, identify bugs, and contribute to automation efforts. Key Responsibilities: Execute manual and automated test cases based on requirements Identify, document, and track defects using bug tracking tools Assist in developing and maintaining test scripts and automation frameworks Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives Collaborate with developers to reproduce and resolve issues Ensure test coverage and contribute to regression testing Required Skills & Experience: 3–5 years of experience in software testing Familiarity with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Postman, JMeter) Basic understanding of SQL and API testing Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills Good communication and team collaboration abilities Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies
