About the program About the Program EduRankAI is an Artificial Intelligence, Education Technology, Research, and Enterprise Technology organization developing intelligent digital platforms, enterprise software, intelligent enterprise systems, AIpowered products, and technology solutions for academia, industry, government, and global organizations. The Software Testing Internship provides practical exposure to enterprise software quality assurance, functional testing, manual testing, system validation, regression testing, defect lifecycle management, usability testing, release validation, and software quality engineering. Interns will contribute to ensuring that EduRankAI products meet the highest standards of quality, reliability, usability, security, and performance before production deployment. Working alongside software engineers, AI engineers, product managers, UIUX designers, DevOps engineers, and quality engineering teams, interns will participate in endtoend software testing activities, identify defects, validate new features, execute test cases, document findings, and support continuous product improvement across multiple enterprise applications. Key Responsibilities Execute functional, regression, smoke, sanity, integration, and exploratory testing. Design, document, and maintain detailed test cases and test scenarios. Validate new product features against functional and business requirements. Identify, reproduce, document, prioritize, and report software defects. Perform endtoend workflow validation across enterprise applications. Verify bug fixes and conduct regression testing after issue resolution. Collaborate closely with software engineers and product managers to improve product quality. Perform crossbrowser and responsive web application testing. Validate user interface consistency, workflows, and usability. Test APIs, backend integrations, and data validation where applicable. Participate in release readiness reviews and production validation. Maintain detailed testing documentation, bug reports, and quality metrics. Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and quality standards. Stay updated with modern software testing methodologies, tools, and industry best practices. Perform additional quality assurance assignments as required.
