About the program EduRankAI is inviting applications for the position of Infrastructure Site Reliability Engineering SRE Intern to join our Platform Engineering team. This fulltime internship is designed for individuals who are passionate about infrastructure engineering, Site Reliability Engineering SRE, cloud platforms, DevOps, automation, observability, CICD, infrastructure as code, and building highly reliable production systems. As an Infrastructure SRE Intern, you will work closely with Senior Site Reliability Engineers to improve the reliability, scalability, performance, and operational excellence of EduRankAI's engineering infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include developing observability dashboards for production systems, implementing CICD and deployment improvements, supporting infrastructure automation, contributing to Infrastructure as Code IaC initiatives, monitoring system performance, analysing logs and production incidents, shadowing on call operations, documenting postmortems and operational runbooks, troubleshooting infrastructure issues, collaborating with engineering teams to improve platform reliability, and contributing measurable reliability improvements that continue to benefit the organization beyond the internship. Applicants should possess strong analytical thinking, problem solving ability, scripting knowledge, structured communication, attention to detail, collaboration skills, adaptability, and an interest in production systems and cloud infrastructure. Familiarity with Linux, Bash, Python, Go, Git, Docker, Kubernetes, CICD pipelines, cloud platforms, Infrastructure as Code, monitoring tools, observability platforms, logging systems, networking, and DevOps practices will be considered an advantage. Prior experience managing Linux systems, contributing to opensource projects, or building infrastructure related projects is desirable but not mandatory. Comprehensive mentorship, structured guidance, and continuous learning support will be provided throughout the internship. The internship is Remote for a duration of three months and requires a commitment of eight hours per day, six days per week. Successful interns will gain practical experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, infrastructure automation, observability, cloud engineering, CICD, Infrastructure as Code, production operations, incident management, technical documentation, and platform engineering while contributing directly to the reliability of EduRankAI's technology ecosystem.
