The Manufacturing Engineering Internship provides practical exposure to modern manufacturing technologies, production systems, digital manufacturing, precision engineering, industrial automation, quality engineering, advanced materials processing, and smart factory operations. Interns will contribute to projects focused on improving manufacturing efficiency, optimizing production processes, implementing automation technologies, and developing innovative engineering solutions for nextgeneration manufacturing environments. Working alongside engineering, manufacturing, research, product development, quality, operations, and technology teams, interns will gain handson experience in production planning, manufacturing process optimization, factory operations, digital manufacturing technologies, and engineering analysis while strengthening their understanding of Industry 4.0, advanced manufacturing systems, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Assist in manufacturing process planning and optimization. Support production workflow analysis and operational improvement initiatives. Participate in advanced manufacturing and smart factory projects. Assist in industrial automation and manufacturing system integration. Support quality assurance, inspection, and process control activities. Participate in manufacturing data analysis and productivity improvement initiatives. Assist in material planning, production scheduling, and resource optimization. Support implementation of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement practices. Prepare engineering documentation, manufacturing reports, and technical specifications. Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, quality, operations, AI, and research teams on live industrial projects. Stay updated with advancements in manufacturing technologies, automation, robotics, additive manufacturing, and digital production systems. Perform additional manufacturing engineering assignments as required.
