AI Support Engineer (L1/L2) Location: Hyderabad (Work from Office) Experience: 58 Years Eidiko Systems Integrators is hiring an AI Support Engineer (L1/L2) to join our AI Center of Excellence . We are looking for professionals with experience supporting AI/ML applications in production environments who can troubleshoot incidents, investigate technical issues, and ensure the stability of AI-powered applications. Key Responsibilities - Monitor AI application health and respond to production alerts. - Perform L1 incident triage and L2 technical investigations. - Troubleshoot API failures, data pipelines, model inference issues, and integration errors. - Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and coordinate issue resolution. - Work closely with AI/ML Engineering, DevOps, and Infrastructure teams. - Maintain incident documentation, runbooks, and knowledge base articles. - Ensure SLA compliance and timely stakeholder communication. Required Skills: - 58 years of experience in Application Support or Production Support. - Minimum 2 years of experience supporting AI/ML applications in a live production environment. - Strong knowledge of API troubleshooting, log analysis, and distributed systems. - Experience with SQL, Python or Shell scripting for diagnostics. - Understanding of AI model serving, data pipelines, observability, and cloud platforms. - Experience with Incident Management, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and SLA-driven support. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
