About the role
You will be responsible for providing L2 support for network incidents and service requests. This includes troubleshooting routing, switching, wireless, and load balancer issues. Additionally, you will configure and maintain F5 BIG-IP (VIPs, pools, basic configs) and manage Cisco Nexus Switches (VLANs, vPC, trunking). You will also be required to support DHCP/DNS services, resolve IP-related issues, handle wireless controller configurations, and address user connectivity issues. Monitoring network health and escalating critical incidents will also be part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Provide L2 support for network incidents and service requests - Troubleshoot routing, switching, wireless, and load balancer issues - Configure and maintain F5 BIG-IP (VIPs, pools, basic configs) - Manage Cisco Nexus Switches (VLANs, vPC, trunking) - Support DHCP/DNS services and resolve IP-related issues - Handle wireless controller configurations and user connectivity issues - Monitor network health and escalate critical incidents Qualifications Required: - Strong in TCP/IP, VLANs, STP, basic routing - Hands-on experience with F5, Nexus, DHCP/DNS Note: CCNP/CCNA certification is required for this role.
