Job Description MDM & Intune Operations Support Specialist 8-10 Years Experience Location: Bangalore Prefer: Immediate to 30 days joiners Job Description: Intune Management: Expertise in deploying, configuring, and managing Microsoft Intune. Device Enrollment: Experience enrolling Windows and macOS devices, including BYOD and corporate-owned devices. Compliance & Security: Creating and managing compliance policies to ensure devices meet organizational standards. Configuring and managing endpoint security settings. Managing security settings for Windows and Mac devices, including antivirus, firewall, and encryption. Windows OS & Configuration Management: Proficiency in managing Windows OS updates and feature changes. Configuring Windows devices using Intune, including Autopilot and Windows Defender Application Control (WDAC). Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Providing third-line support for Windows and Mac device issues. Ability to create and manage scripts for automation and configuration. macOS Management: Expertise in managing macOS devices, including updates and feature changes. Creating and managing configuration profiles for macOS using Intune. Experience with Apple Business Manager for device enrollment and management. Security & Compliance: Monitoring and ensuring compliance with organizational security policies. Identifying and mitigating security threats. Enforcing security policies and handling non-compliance issues.
