Sr. Tableau Developer LEAD

Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Senior Tableau Lead to own enterprise reporting transformation for a strategic Salesforce Data 360 initiative. The role will lead Tableau Cloud reporting modernisation, existing report rationalisation, dashboard design, stakeholder engagement, UAT support, and adoption of a streamlined reporting landscape. Role Details Position Senior Tableau Lead Experience 710 years Location Offshore / Remote Employment Type Contract / Full-time Key Responsibilities Lead Tableau reporting strategy, dashboard modernisation, and reporting consolidation activities. Assess current reporting assets, identify redundancies, and define report rationalisation / migration approach. Design and develop scalable, performant Tableau Cloud dashboards for executive, operational, and analytical reporting. Collaborate with business, Salesforce Data Cloud, Azure, QA, DevOps, and delivery teams to validate reporting needs and dependencies. Establish Tableau design standards, governance practices, reusable templates, and dashboard performance guidelines. Support requirements workshops, dashboard walkthroughs, UAT, stakeholder sign-offs, deployment, and production rollout. Mentor Tableau developers and provide delivery oversight for report build, validation, and adoption. Must-Have Skills Tableau Cloud / Tableau Server / Tableau Online Advanced Tableau dashboard development Tableau data modelling and semantic layer design Dashboard performance tuning and optimisation SQL and data analysis for BI Report consolidation, migration, and rationalisation KPI / metrics design and executive dashboarding Data visualisation best practices Stakeholder management and business requirements workshops UAT, validation, and deployment support Preferred Skills Salesforce Reporting and Analytics exposure Salesforce Data Cloud familiarity Experience with sales, bookings, orders, commission, or partner reporting Exposure to Lightning Web Components based reporting integration Experience in large-scale BI transformation programmes Qualifications Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Analytics, or related field.
