ETL Data Testing

Experience: 6 - 12 Years Location: Bangalore Work Mode: Hybrid Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary We are looking for experienced ETL/Data Testing professionals with strong expertise in SQL and hands-on experience in data validation, ETL testing, and data warehouse testing. The role offers opportunities across multiple technology tracks involving Python, Cloud platforms, Test Data Management, Informatica/Reltio MDM, and Snowflake. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and execute test cases for ETL/ELT data pipelines . Perform source-to-target data validation and reconciliation . Validate data transformation rules, mappings, business logic, and data completeness. Write and execute complex SQL queries for data validation and analysis. Identify, analyze, document, and track defects through closure. Perform data quality, data integrity, regression, and end-to-end testing. Collaborate with Data Engineers, Developers, Business Analysts, and Project Managers. Support test automation and scripting wherever applicable. Prepare test reports, execution status, and defect metrics. Mandatory Skills 612 years of experience in ETL Testing / Data Warehouse Testing / Data Testing . Strong hands-on experience in SQL . Good understanding of ETL/ELT processes and Data Warehousing concepts . Experience with source-to-target validation and data reconciliation. Strong experience in test case preparation, execution, and defect management. Technology-Specific Openings Track 1: ETL Testing + SQL + Python Python scripting for data validation and test automation is preferred. Track 2: ETL Testing + SQL + Azure / AWS Experience testing cloud-based data platforms and pipelines on Azure or AWS. Track 3: ETL Testing + SQL + TDM Experience with Test Data Management (TDM) processes and tools. Track 4: ETL Testing + SQL + IBM Informatica / Reltio MDM Experience with IBM Informatica and/or Reltio MDM . Understanding of Master Data Management concepts. Track 5: ETL Testing + SQL + Snowflake Hands-on experience testing Snowflake data warehouse environments . Experience with data validation, reconciliation, and SQL-based testing in Snowflake.
