About the role
As a Senior BI Developer, you will be responsible for designing and delivering enterprise-level business intelligence solutions. Your main focus will be on building scalable BI models, reports, and dashboards that provide accurate, timely, and actionable insights for various regions and business units. Collaboration with stakeholders, data engineering teams, and data modeling teams is a key aspect of this role to ensure that BI solutions are aligned with business requirements, maintain consistency, and comply with governance standards. In addition, you will play a crucial role in mentoring junior BI developers and contributing to best practices across BI initiatives. - Lead enterprise-scale BI projects aligned with business objectives - Design, develop, and maintain BI datasets, reports, and dashboards (Power BI required; Tableau preferred) - Manage BI data models for scalability and compliance - Optimize reports and dashboards for large-scale environments - Integrate BI solutions with ETL/ELT pipelines - Apply DevOps practices for version control and deployments You should possess a minimum of 5 years of BI development experience, including at least 3 years in a senior/lead role. Strong expertise in Power BI (mandatory) along with additional skills in tools like Tableau is required. Proficiency in advanced SQL and experience with cloud data platforms, preferably Snowflake, is essential.
