Responsibilities: Functional Testing Automation Testing API Testing Understand requirements from a business perspective within an Agile/Scrum delivery model, ensuring proper validation through testing and reporting defects effectively.Create and document comprehensive test procedures, test cases, and scenarios for manual, automated, and UAT testing phasesFollow the test plan to design and execute test cases, generate test data, and perform testing procedures.Ensure thorough test coverage across functional, regression, and integration testing phases to meet quality standardsCollaborate with development and program management teams to align testing efforts with end-user requirements and project goalsRecord and analyze test results, verify software bug fixes, and ensure adherence to acceptance criteriaWork closely with cross-functional teams (onshore, offshore, nearshore) in fast-paced environments with strict deadlinesUtilize Azure DevOps for efficient test management, tracking, and reportingDesign, develop, and execute test automation frameworks and scripts using Robot FrameworkAutomate test cases to enhance efficiency, increase test coverage, and reduce manual effortIntegrate automated and API testing into CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous validation of software qualityDemonstrate proficiency in Python to develop and maintain test scripts and automation frameworksSupport API testing efforts utilizing Postman and other similar tools and ensure seamless integration testing across multiple system components Nice to have exposure to Enterprise ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot or other similar GenAI tools and ability to use them effectively in QA workflows.
