Job Summary: Key Responsibilities: - Functional Testing: - Develop and execute test cases based on business requirements and functional specifications. - System Testing: - Perform end-to-end testing of Salesforce systems and workflows. - Identify and document any defects in the system and verify fixes. - Integration Testing: - Test Salesforce integrations with other internal and external systems. - Ensure seamless data flow and functionality across integrated systems. - Regression Testing: - Conduct regression testing for Salesforce updates, upgrades, or code changes. - Ensure that current functionalities do not negatively impact existing features. - Test Planning and Documentation: - Create detailed test plans, cases, and scripts. - Document testing procedures, findings, and recommendations. - Collaboration and Communication: - Collaborate with development, QA, and business teams to clarify requirements. - Communicate testing outcomes and provide actionable insights for improvement. - Continuous Improvement: - Stay updated on the latest Salesforce features, updates, and best practices. - Suggest and implement improvements to testing processes and methodologies. Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. - 3+ years of experience in software testing, preferably with Salesforce platforms. - Proficiency in functional, system, integration, and regression testing. - Familiarity with automation testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Provar, or similar). - Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. - Salesforce certifications are a plus. Preferred Skills: - Experience with Salesforce automation and scripting. - Knowledge of Apex code for writing custom validation logic. - Familiarity with Jira, TestRail, or similar testing and project management tools. .
