Oracle HCM Techno - Functional Consultant

Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and support inbound/outbound integrations with Oracle HCM Cloud Create and troubleshoot HCM Extracts for third-party systems (eg, payroll, benefits) Proficient on Fast Formulas Leverage HCM REST/SOAP APIs for data exchange Collaborate with functional teams to gather requirements and translate into technical solutions Participate in testing, deployment, and post-production support Required Skills: Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud integrations Proficiency in HCM Extracts, HDL, and HCM APIs (REST/SOAP) Desirable: Basic knowledge of HCM modules (Core HR, Absence, Payroll interface)
