Oracle HCM Techno Functional Consultant

Key Responsibilities: Implement and configure Oracle Fusion HCM modules, including Payroll. Develop and optimize PL/SQL/SQL scripts to support HCM processes and integrations. Create and maintain Fast Formulas for payroll and other HCM calculations. Develop reports using BIP (BI Publisher) and manage archiving processes. Interpret business requirements and translate them into technical design and build solutions. Collaborate effectively as part of a team and provide regular progress updates. Identify and solve technical and functional issues independently. Provide estimates for effort and timelines for assigned tasks.
