Senior Technical Lead Full Stack

Roles & Responsibilities: Lead a moderate to large team of developers in building and maintaining web applications and microservices Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and conduct code reviews to ensure best practices Design and implement microservices-based architectures using Spring Boot Develop scalable, resilient, and independently deployable microservices on cloud platforms Leverage cloud services such as AWS Lambda, Azure Functions, or Google Cloud Functions for serverless computing Design and develop RESTful APIs with proper documentation and adherence to API best practices Design, optimize, and manage relational database schemas; utilize ORM frameworks like Hibernate or JPA Deploy and manage applications using cloud-based database services like AWS RDS or Azure SQL Database Define and enforce software testing methodologies; write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests Identify and optimize application performance bottlenecks using caching, query optimization, and other techniques Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver high-quality solutions Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders
