About the role
Role & responsibilities: We are hiring enthusiastic and motivated Mechanical/ Electrical/ Mechatronics Engineering freshers for multiple departments including Quality, Production, Design, Planning, and Assembly. Candidates will get hands-on exposure to manufacturing operations, engineering processes, quality control, production activities, and shop floor management. Support production and manufacturing activities on the shop floor. Assist in quality inspection and documentation activities. Read and understand engineering drawings and specifications. Support design and drafting activities using CAD software. Coordinate with planning, production, and stores departments. Assist in assembly, testing, and troubleshooting activities. Maintain production and quality records. Follow safety standards and company procedures. Participate in process improvement and productivity enhancement activities. Good technical understanding and learning attitude Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and engineering drawings Knowledge of AutoCAD/SolidWorks/Solid Edge will be an added advantage Basic MS Office knowledge preferred Good communication and teamwork skills Problem-solving and analytical thinking Willingness to work in manufacturing/shop floor environment Positive attitude and adaptability
