eBusiness - Functional Analyst

Role Overview: As an IT eBusiness Functional Analyst at Syensqo, you will be supporting eBusiness platforms with a focus on advanced e-commerce capabilities and digital marketing strategies. Your role will involve collaborating with business units and managing eBusiness projects. Your analytical skills and technical expertise in SAP and eBusiness processes will be crucial in driving growth, increasing efficiency, and meeting evolving customer needs. Key Responsibilities: - Support eCommerce platforms based on SAP Fiori - Implement Purchase Order Automation using Esker OCR - Establish EDI connections with customers using Elemica & Ariba Technology - Manage invoice archiving & einvoice signature applications - Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities - Collaborate on Salesforce CRM integration - Document technical processes and ensure adherence to IT change management procedures Qualifications Required: - Proven experience with SAP ECC - Broad understanding of S/4 HANA Sales and Distribution functionality - Experience managing eBusiness & SAP implementation and upgrade projects - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex issues - Ability to develop testing plans and document results - Capacity to handle multiple tasks concurrently (Note: Nice to Have qualifications are omitted from the Key Requirements section) (Note: Additional details about working remotely and focusing on eBusiness solutions are included in the Role Overview section) Role Overview: As an IT eBusiness Functional Analyst at Syensqo, you will be supporting eBusiness platforms with a focus on advanced e-commerce capabilities and digital marketing strategies.
