Consultant - Software Engineer(Dot Net)

As a Consultant Software Engineer at our company, your primary responsibility will be to contribute to the development, maintenance, and optimization of server-side applications that power our digital solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure backend development aligns with project goals - Design, develop, and maintain SQL Server database objects and SSIS packages - Develop and support .NET applications using C#, ASP.NET, and ASP.NET Core - Design, develop, and maintain robust .NET Core applications and services - Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code for server-side applications - Participate in Agile development processes to ensure efficient development - Identify and resolve technical issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks - Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements seamlessly - Apply strong object-oriented design and analysis skills - Design and maintain databases for optimal performance and reliability Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields - 1014 years of relevant work experience, including: - 10+ years of engineering experience delivering and supporting production software products - 10+ years of experience with .NET Core using C# - 10+ years of extensive experience designing, developing, and maintaining SQL Server database objects and SSIS packages - Experience with ASP.NET, .NET Core, Entity Framework, and C# - Strong knowledge of database design and development - Experience with Google Cloud and Microsoft Azure - Experience with designing RESTful API microservices - Hands-on experience with Apache Airflow and Kafka - Experience with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Argo CD, and similar tools This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in backend development, work on diverse projects, and cultivate a strong foundation in server-side programming.
