In this role, your responsibilities will be: - Maintain accurate information in the databases as part of the processes (inventory, etc.) - Augment existing data (leasing partner data, etc.) and keep it current - Perform data quality reviews and define necessary corrective actions, including but not limited to: - Creating new assets based on supplier reporting - Periodic updating of commercial/financial information at the asset level - Maintaining information in hardware-related databases (as part of the processes) - Managing the data quality and accuracy of the related tool/databases (incl. company confidential data), like duplicates, incomplete and obsolete items, inconsistent data, etc. - Maintain and improve existing processes - Under guidance, process data from external partners or other internal Emerson systems for ITAM processes within the Global Asset Management System - Supporting Global Onboarding projects related to IT Asset Management - Review the data quality from the integration of new data sources (e.g. Mobile Assets) - Periodically review and maintain core data within the Global Asset Management tool - Periodically review and maintain Hardware Asset Models/Templates in the tool - Create and maintain documentation and work instructions Results-oriented and self-directed with a strong sense of urgency in meeting project goals and deadlines Interconnected thinking, logically organized Team player with analytical skills and attentive to details An effective communicator Strong, demonstrable Customer focus For this role, you will need: - Strong analytical skills and minimum 1 years experience in IT Asset Management/IT Backoffice Administration or similar Data Analysis role - Excellent in English (oral, written and inter-personal skills) Preferred qualifications that set you apart: - Good Microsoft Office knowledge (required / Proficient in Microsoft Excel) - Microsoft SQL knowledge (advantage) - Microsoft Power BI knowledge (advantage) - Microsoft SharePoint knowledge (advantage) - IT Asset Management tools knowledge (advantage) - ServiceNow knowledge (advantage) - Safe Agile Framework (advantage) Our Culture & Commitment to You: At Emerson, we prioritize a workplace where every employee is valued, respected, and empowered to grow.
