Senior Product Manager Finance & Treasury & Core Engine Function: Product Management Finance & Treasury & Core Engine Level: Senior / Principal Product Manager Reports To: Head of Product Location: Chandigarh(US Time Zones Preferred)( initial 6 month then Remote) About the Role We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Product Manager to help build our Commerce Command Centre (CCC) a unified operating layer for commercial payments, working capital, and treasury that connects businesses, their ERP systems, and banking relationships. This role will own two critical product areas: Finance & Treasury capabilities within Commerce Command Centre The core financial engine that powers the platform The core engine is a unified, immutable, multi-asset ledger with programmable money movement as a first-class capability. Complex financial workflows such as escrow, trust payments, retainage, joint checks, and conditional releases are built as reusable patterns on top of the same ledger and movement primitives. This is a high-ownership, zero-to-one product role requiring strong fintech domain expertise, technical depth, and the ability to work across engineering, design, compliance, and go-to-market teams. Key Responsibilities Core Ledger & Programmable Money Engine Own product strategy and roadmap for a unified, immutable, sub-ledgerable, multi-asset financial ledger. Define ledger data models, consistency requirements, audit capabilities, and reconciliation workflows. Build programmable money movement capabilities supporting: Escrow Trust payments Retainage Joint checks Conditional releases Other configurable payment workflows Define strategy for payment rails including build vs. partner decisions across: ACH RTP / FedNow Cards Wires Create shared platform capabilities including: APIs Developer tools Workflow components Reusable financial primitives Commerce Command Centre Finance & Treasury Product Area Own product development for: Cash Visibility & Forecasting Real-time financial position across accounts, entities, and currencies. Cash forecasting capabilities using live financial data. Working Capital Solutions Dynamic discounting. Supply chain finance. Embedded lending and credit workflows. Draw-on-demand financing connected to payables and receivables. Treasury Controls Payment approval workflows. User permissions and entitlements. Transaction limits and policy controls. Configurable money movement rules. Reporting & Reconciliation Sub-ledger reporting. General ledger exports. Audit-ready transaction history. Financial reporting workflows. Compliance Enablement Build compliance workflows supporting: KYC/KYB integrations Sanctions screening Regulatory controls Configurable payment policies Cross-Functional Responsibilities Own product roadmap, prioritization, and execution milestones. Write clear PRDs, API requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Partner closely with engineering teams to deliver production-grade financial systems. Conduct customer discovery and validate product decisions through research. Define product metrics, success criteria, and adoption goals. Coordinate dependencies across Payments, Lending, Platform, Compliance, and GTM teams. Communicate product decisions clearly through written documentation. Required Qualifications 7+ years of Product Management experience. 3+ years owning fintech, payments, banking, or financial infrastructure products. Strong understanding of Ledger architecture Double-entry accounting Transaction systems Reconciliation processes Financial data models Experience building payment or money movement products in production environments.
