The role involves transforming complex project and operational data into actionable insights that improve efficiency, performance, and profitability. Key Responsibilities Collect, clean, and analyze data related to solar EPC projects, O&M performance, energy generation, and site-level KPIsDevelop and maintain dashboards using Excel, Power BI, or Tableau for management reportingTrack project progress, cost analysis, timelines, and resource utilizationAnalyze plant performance, PR, CUF, downtime, and maintenance trendsSupport finance and procurement teams with cost, billing, and vendor analysisAutomate routine MIS and reporting processesWork with digital marketing team to analyze campaign performance and lead dataPresent insights to leadership for strategic and operational decisions Required Skills & Tools Advanced MS Excel / Google Sheets (Pivot Tables, Power Query, formulas)Strong knowledge of SQL for data extractionExperience with Power BI / Tableau dashboardsBasic knowledge of Python for data analysis (preferred)Understanding of solar project data, EPC workflows, or O&M reporting is a strong plusStrong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills Preferred Qualifications Bachelors degree in Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, or related fieldExperience in Renewable Energy / Infrastructure / EPC companiesKnowledge of MIS, ERP, CRM, or SCADA data integrationAbility to work with cross-functional teams Why Join ETPL Work on large-scale solar EPC & floating solar projectsExposure to real-time plant performance and energy analyticsFast-growing renewable energy organizationCareer growth and learning opportunities .
