Program Manager/ Engineering Manager

Job Description: As a Program Manager / Engineering Manager at our company, you will be responsible for leading teams and overseeing product development processes from inception to delivery. Your role will require excellent leadership, communication, and project management abilities to ensure successful execution of projects. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and provide leadership to engineering/product teams. - Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from conceptualization to final delivery. - Define product features and project requirements. - Develop project timelines and effectively manage schedules. - Monitor project budgets and track progress. - Collaborate closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams. - Implement Agile and Scrum methodologies. - Support product launches and contribute to achieving business objectives. - Address project-related challenges and ensure on-time project delivery. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 8 years of industry experience. - Proven experience in team management and strong leadership skills. - Proficiency in Agile and Scrum methodologies. - Excellent problem-solving capabilities and effective communication skills. - Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines. - Strong stakeholder management expertise. - Certification as a Product Manager (CPM) would be advantageous.
