Quality Engineer - (Telecom domine experience is mandatory) (Immediate Joiners) Mandatory skills: Networking, 4G,5G, Api, Java, Python, IMS (IP Multimedia Subsystem), Packet core Job description: Role: SDET with Telecom Location: Hyderabad, (Remote) Experience: 5+ Quality Engineer Prog. Networks & Service Applications (Core & Services QE) What youll do Review requirements/specs/designs and provide timely, actionable feedback. Create detailed test plans and test cases; estimate, prioritize, and plan testing activities. Design, develop, and execute automation using open-source tools. Identify, record, and track defects with thorough documentation; drive them to closure. Perform regression testing on resolved issues and releases. Develop and refine testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs. Liaise with internal teams (engineering, product) to clarify system requirements. Participate in technical debugging sessions, collect logs, and lead defect resolution. Investigate causes of non-conforming software and enable users/teams with solutions. Track QA metrics (e.g., defect density, open defect counts). Stay current on new testing tools and strategies. What youll bring Knowledge of wireless technologies: 4G, 5G, IMS (IP Multimedia Subsystem), Packet Core, Proven experience in software QA with strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes. Demonstrated ability to write transparent, comprehensive test plans and cases. Hands-on experience with white-box and black-box testing. Automated API testing with tools like Postman, ReadyAPI, etc. Scripting for API automation: basic Java, Python, Groovy. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Experience with performance and/or security testing. NOTE: ONLY IMMEDIATE JOINERS PREFERRED.
