Business Analyst HIS / EMR Implementation

Role: Business Analyst HIS/EMR Implementation Experience: 35 Years Location: Mumbai or Pune Job Summary: We are seeking a Business Analyst with experience in Healthcare IT, HIS, or EMR implementation projects. The candidate will support requirement gathering, process documentation, testing, stakeholder coordination, data validation, training, and go-live activities to ensure successful healthcare system implementations. Key Responsibilities: Gather and document business and functional requirements.Create BRDs, FRDs, process flows, user stories, and workflow documentation.Map clinical and administrative workflows (As-Is and To-Be).Coordinate with stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, and hospital users.Prepare and execute SIT/UAT test cases, track defects, and validate fixes.Support data migration, user training, go-live, and stabilization activities.Assist in process improvement initiatives and healthcare system adoption.Required Skills: 35 years of Business Analyst or Functional Analyst experience.Exposure to HIS, EMR, EHR, or healthcare IT projects.Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.Understanding of hospital operations and clinical workflows.Experience with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, JIRA, or similar tools.Ability to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Preferred: Experience in hospital implementation projects.Exposure to UAT, data migration, and go-live support.Healthcare domain knowledge or Business Analysis certification.Work Location: In person Role: Business Analyst HIS/EMR Implementation Experience: 35 Years Location: Mumbai or Pune Job Summary: We are seeking a Business Analyst with experience in Healthcare IT, HIS, or EMR implementation projects.
