The ideal candidate should have experience designing secure AI-driven solutions while ensuring compliance, governance, and seamless integration with enterprise systems. Mandatory Skills - Identity & Access Management (IAM) - AI/ML, Large Language Models (LLMs) - Microsoft Copilot / GitHub Copilot / AI Copilot Solutions - Agentic AI Frameworks (LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, or equivalent) - Workflow Automation using APIs, Scripts, Connectors - REST APIs & Webhooks - Python or PowerShell Scripting - Privileged Access Management (PAM) - ServiceNow (ITSM) - AI Security, Compliance & Data Governance - Experience building AI-powered products or enterprise AI solutions Key Responsibilities - Design, implement, and manage enterprise Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions. - Develop AI-powered assistants, Copilots, and Agentic AI workflows for enterprise automation. - Build secure integrations using REST APIs, webhooks, connectors, and scripting. - Automate IT and business processes using AI, APIs, and workflow orchestration tools. - Implement and manage Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions. - Integrate IAM workflows with ServiceNow for identity lifecycle management. - Develop AI-enabled automation for user provisioning, access reviews, and approval workflows. - Ensure AI applications comply with enterprise security, privacy, and governance standards. - Implement AI security controls, prompt security, data protection, and model governance. - Collaborate with security, infrastructure, cloud, and application teams to deliver scalable AI solutions. - Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize AI and IAM platforms. - Create technical documentation, deployment guides, and best practices. Required Experience - 58 years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM). - Hands-on experience with Azure AD (Microsoft Entra ID), Okta, SailPoint, Ping Identity, ForgeRock, CyberArk, or similar IAM/PAM platforms. - Experience building AI applications using OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or similar LLM platforms. - Practical experience with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, or equivalent Agentic AI frameworks. - Strong knowledge of REST APIs, authentication protocols (OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML, JWT), and workflow automation. - Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise systems such as ServiceNow, Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS, or GCP. - Experience implementing AI governance, compliance, responsible AI practices, and secure AI deployment. - Strong understanding of cloud security, Zero Trust, RBAC, ABAC, and least-privilege access models.
