Job Description Python Full Stack Developer - L2 Production Support Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Python Full Stack Developer to join our L2 Application Production Support team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Python, React, GCP Cloud, and a keen interest in AI/ML. You should be aware and have working knowledge of Incident management tools like SNOW, Netcool, Dynatrace, creating dashboards using Grafana. You will be responsible for ensuring the SLA based production uptime ensuring stability and integrity and performance of our production systems with adequate product knowledge, will also contribute to support code fixes leading to application dev over time. Responsibilities: - L2 Support: Conduct in-depth analysis based on functionalities and recent releases] and resolution of escalated production issues.
