AI/ML Engineer

You will be responsible for the following key tasks in this role: - Implementing AI solutions. - Building and managing agent orchestration services including multi-agent workflows, tool invocation, and state management. - Demonstrating knowledge in MCP, A2A, and other new protocols. - Deploying and managing LLM integrations such as OpenAI, embeddings, and fine-tuned models. - Designing and deploying Custom Document Intelligence Models. - Implementing RAG pipelines using AI Search, vector databases, and storage. - Designing secure APIs, authentication, authorization, and secrets management. To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and experience: - Deep expertise in App Services, Document Intelligence, AI Search, and Open AI Foundry. - Strong understanding of LLMs, embeddings, RAG, and agentic architectures. - Proficiency in OCR Tools (Doc Intelligence / John Snow Labs) and Python. - Working experience with LangGraph. Additionally, the following skills would be considered advantageous: - Experience with infrastructure-as-code (Bicep, Terraform). - Knowledge of compliance and data governance for AI systems. - Prompt Engineering.
