Position: UI and QA Automation Engineer Experience: 1-3 Years Location: Pune, Maharashtra Requirement We are seeking a skilled UI and Automation QA Engineer with 1-3 years of experience to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through comprehensive testing, automation, and adherence to best practices ResponsibilitiesApply proficiency in various QA methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall, aligning with the company's development processUtilize QA testing tools and frameworks, including test management and defect tracking systems like JIRA and TestRailCollaborate with project stakeholders to understand requirements, create detailed test plans, and define test objectives, strategies, and timelinesExecute functional, regression, and performance testing of software applications to identify issuesIdentify, document, and manage software defects throughout their lifecycle, working closely with developers to ensure timely resolutionStay current with industry best practices and QA methodologies, continuously seeking opportunities to enhance the overall quality assurance processProvide guidance and mentorship to junior QA team members, fostering a culture of quality within the teamCoordinate effectively with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to guarantee high product quality and timely releases Qualifications Required Skills & ExperienceStrong documentation skills for creating thorough test plans, test cases, test scripts, and test reportsBasic knowledge of SQL and NoSQL and the ability to perform database testing by writing and executing SQL/NoSQL queries for data validationHands on experience on writing and checking unit tests and end to end test scripts using Jasmine, Cucumber, Selenium etc.Hands on experience on understanding HTML & CSS elementsEfficient time management and prioritization skills to meet project deadlinesExcellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skillsStrong attention to detail with analytical and problem-solving abilities Educational QualificationAny bachelor's or master's degree with a technical background is preferableKnowledge of Salesforce.com is an added advantage TermsThe candidate must be ready to work in any shift and employment service agreement of 2.5 years Position: UI and QA Automation Engineer Experience: 1-3 Years Location: Pune, Maharashtra Requirement We are seeking a skilled UI and Automation QA Engineer with 1-3 years of experience to join our team.
