Senior Oracle NetSuite Consultant (Coimbatore)

We are seeking a Senior Oracle NetSuite Consultant to lead the analysis, assessment, and transformation of NetSuite environments. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on expertise in NetSuite customizations, integrations, and business process mapping, along with a robust consulting mindset to guide stakeholders through system discovery and rationalization initiatives. Responsibilities Analyze the current NetSuite landscape to identify customizations, dependencies, and integration points Document existing configurations, workflows, scripts, and system dependencies in a structured manner Conduct stakeholder workshops to gather requirements and align on transformation objectives Provide strategic recommendations on functionality that can be removed, migrated, or replaced Perform system discovery and current state assessments across NetSuite modules Map and document business processes to support ERP transformation and application rationalization efforts Collaborate with technical and functional teams to design and validate NetSuite customizations using SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteBuilder Advise stakeholders on best practices for NetSuite optimization and Finance/GL alignment Support integration planning between NetSuite and other enterprise systems Requirements 6-9 years of professional experience as a NetSuite Consultant Expertise in Oracle NetSuite (Functional and/or Technical) Proficiency in NetSuite Customizations, including SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteBuilder Background in System Discovery and Current State Assessment Skills in Business Process Mapping and Documentation Knowledge of ERP Transformation and Application Rationalization Understanding of Finance and General Ledger (GL) processes Strong stakeholder management and consulting capabilities Proficiency in English at an Upper-Intermediate level (B2) or higher .
