As a Relativity Engineer, your role involves designing, developing, and maintaining Relativity software solutions to ensure efficient handling of Relativity development, troubleshooting, and technical support. Your contribution will lead to effective software solutions and organizational growth. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain Relativity software solutions. - Conduct needs analysis and develop Relativity solutions. - Oversee the development of Relativity documentation and user guides. - Manage and maintain Relativity systems to ensure smooth operations. - Provide excellent customer service to users and stakeholders. - Document and maintain accurate records of Relativity development activities. - Support the full life cycle of Relativity development, including testing and deployment. - Collaborate with IT team members to improve Relativity processes and user experience.
