This role combines technical expertise, leadership, and business knowledge to ensure high-quality software delivery within Agile and SDLC environments. The ideal candidate will drive test planning, automation, defect management, and continuous improvement while mentoring team members and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience. 6+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance, Testing, or related technical roles. Strong knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies and Agile/Scrum practices. Demonstrated expertise in test strategy development, test execution, defect management, and quality reporting. Experience supporting multiple applications, platforms, and development environments.
