About the role
Key ResponsibilitiesProgram, configure, and commission smart home automation systems based on project requirements.Work with control platforms such as KNX, Crestron, Control4, Elan, RTI, or Lutron.Collaborate with sales, design, and project teams to interpret system drawings and specifications.Perform on-site system testing, troubleshooting, and fine-tuning.Support installation teams in configuring devices such as lighting controls, AV systems, HVAC, and motorized shades.Provide technical support for service issues post-installation.Candidate RequirementsMinimum 3 years of experience in the home automation industry.Proficiency in one or more automation platforms: KNX, Basalte, Crestron, Control4, Elan, RTI, or Lutron.Strong understanding of smart lighting, multi-room audio, networking, and system integration.Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and system layouts.Good communication and documentation skills.Based in or willing to relocate to Kolkata.Preferred QualificationsCertifications in KNX or any of the mentioned platforms will be a strong plus.Exposure to luxury residential or hospitality automation projects.
