Senior Architect Technical Documentation & Execution Mumbai (India)

Location: Hyderabad Company: EssEnn Architects Experience: 610 Years Employment Type: Full time (No Remote) About the Role EssEnn Architects is looking for a technically solid Senior Architect with proven expertise in preparing construction-ready architectural documentation with 6+ years of experience. This is NOT a concept design or visualization role. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in preparing complete Working Drawings, GFC Drawings, construction details, consultant coordination, and providing execution support for residential and commercial projects. Key Responsibilities Prepare complete Working Drawings and GFC Drawing packages. Develop architectural details for construction. Coordinate with Structural, MEP, HVAC, Fire, Landscape, and other consultants. Review and resolve drawing clashes before construction. Support site teams by resolving technical queries. Review drawings prepared by junior architects. Ensure compliance with applicable building regulations and company standards. Maintain drawing quality, revisions, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
