Important to have experiences supporting HR department and end users day to day and have good customer service and communication skills. This role is an ongoing support role with Troubleshooting and Solutions Based Consultation. This is not an implementation project. Should have real experience in LMS – setting up Curicula, Program Setup and other areas of LMS. Substitutions They should also be aware that substitutions needs to be turned on in a LMS instance most have incorrectly stated that they are familiar with this but after probing deeper show they have not done and implementation like this. Should have previously done integrations or maintenance with setting up the My Learning Page. Ours is currently messy and we need assistance cleaning it up. Understands how to important fields from Employee Central to be used in AP to assign learnings. Our Job Code data is extremely messy so we need to integrate other fields to push learnings automatically. Has created custom learning reports as the stock reports are typically not helpful. We have a large number of learning items that need to be removed from user histories and our library. We are in the process of setting up integration with MS Teams. Candidates must have experience setting up VLS providers. We have previously integrated LinkedIn Learning courses and we need to clean-up our integration as there are too many courses that have been loaded into our LMS.
