Experience Consultant

Roles and Responsibilities

As a Facilitator, you will set up the logistics and customize the materials. You will be responsible for running the meetings, ensuring the team stays on track, and keeping a high-level view toward a successful outcome.

Simultaneously, you're a Consultant, building a relationship with interdisciplinary Team and client teams to deliver value to the client and create opportunities for us.

As a Designer, you're advocating for the end user's needs and positive user experiences and crafting logical UX and beautiful UI.

Qualifictaions and Experience Required

Portfolio must have details such as UX flows, UI intent, business intent, and business outcome. And any other thinking processes.

The portfolio should include in-depth research and development of the projects

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Design, similar discipline or non-design degree with design bootcamp training

Have a design portfolio demonstrating a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and practices

3-5 years of experience in UX/ Product/ Service Design

Demonstrated ability to understand complex business or experience problems

Familiarity with workshopping techniques and ability to facilitate a diverse group to a desired outcome

Demonstrated ability to work in a client facing environment

Strong professional verbal, written, and interpersonal skills

English, Cantonese: Fluent Mandarin is a plus

Skills

• Familiar with the latest digital design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Protopie, Overflow and etc.

• Expertise with UX deliverables: user journeys, experience mapsm personas and wireframes

• Storytelling, presentation, and communication with the ability to clearly express and sell ideas to client
