Job Title: Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer
Location: Philadelphia, PA
Duration: 5+ months
Responsibilities
- We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Portal/UI Architect to join our team and help build intuitive, scalable, and user-friendly portal experiences.
Responsibilities

•Design and develop ServiceNow portals (Service Portal / Employee Center / UI Builder)

•Build and customize widgets and reusable UI components

•Deliver a consistent, responsive, and modern user experience

•Implement role-based access and personalized UI experiences

•Integrate portal components with backend ServiceNow modules and external systems

•Follow best practices with a focus on configuration over customization

Required Skills:
-
•Strong experience with ServiceNow Portal/UI development
-
•Hands-on with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AngularJS (Service Portal)

•Experience with UI Builder / Next Experience is a plus

•Solid understanding of UX/UI principles

•Familiarity with ServiceNow development standards and governance
