• Conversational UX Design : DialogFlow CX - Intent based dialogue design

• NLU/NLP experience : Google NLP/Vertex AI - Intent and entity modelling

• Conversational flow design : Experience in Figma/Miro

Good to Have Skills:

Secondary skills/experience

• Google analytics/BigQuery : Conversation performance tuning

• Prompt engineering Javascript

• API integration and JSON

• Jira/Confluence

• GCP

Minimum years of experience: 5-7 years
