Product Designer job spec:

Banking Neo Product Designer Banking are looking for a talented Product Designer who will help bring a product vision to life and deliver compelling and intuitive design solutions. Your deep understanding of user interface design and user experience will mean that you can utilise brand awareness and visual aesthetics along with an ability to create simple and intuitive digital products. This is a hybrid role and you should be equally comfortable doing fast and iterative user research, strategic thinking and design delivery, leading new feature development on existing platforms as well as making new product concepts tangible for our stakeholders.

We are looking for a Product Designer who will: Strategize, sketch and design new products and features across multiple product teams Translate user requirements and research into tangible design concepts to bring a product concept to life quickly Help run short design sprints and work in a fast-moving, agile environment Be able to conduct your own user research as well as building and testing prototypes Feel equally comfortable sketching and wireframing a design solution as you are making UI and data visualisations beautiful and compelling Be an advocate for our design system and help develop patterns and components for re-use

Your expertise: 5 years' experience designing user-centred products and enterprise applications, ideally for mobile and desktop An awe-inspiring portfolio and a design process that you can articulate clearly Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain the rationale behind your design concepts Demonstrable strategic thinking on client projects Experience with agile methodologies and integrating design with product delivery teams An obsessive attention-to-detail in everything you do, from storytelling and clarity of communication through to detailed wireframes and UI designs Knowledge and experience using tools such as Sketch, Zeplin, Adobe Creative Suite and Axure
