SAP Test Manager Job Description :
Minimum 5 years of experience as Test Manager with full responsibly for all aspect of end to end testing functions is required.
Must have: 3 SAP test management experience with implementation Project or upgrade projects
Have Functional Understanding of SAP Modules – FI , HR , MM, SD, EWM
Experience in working in complex landscape of SAP & Non-SAP Application
Understand the testing effort by analysing the project requirements.
Estimate and obtain management support for the time, environments, and resources required to perform the testing.
Define the Test Strategy, Walkthrough with relevant Stakeholders for review, and ensure Sign Off on Test Strategy
Develop the test plan for the tasks, dependencies and participants required to mitigate the risks to system quality and obtain stakeholder support for this plan.
Ensure content and structure of all Testing documents / artefacts is documented and maintained.
Document, implement, monitor, and enforce all processes for testing as per standards defined by the organization.
Check / Review the Test Cases documents.
Co-Ordinate testing throughout all Test Phases – System Testing, System Integration Testing, NFT testing, User Acceptance Testing, Regression Testing etc.
Setup & run daily Test meetings with all parties, e.g. PM, Business Analyst, Development
SAP Test Lead Job Description :
· 5 years of SAP Test Lead experience
· Experience with specific SAP Modules such as MM, SD, FI, PM, HR, SRM)
· Experience with various Business process such as Procure to Pay , Order to Cash , Record to Report, Hire to Retire
· Functional Testing (Scoping/Scripting/Execution)
· Experienced test consultants who are able to understand business process that are able to define a test scope, build tests, execute tests and contribute to the defect management process.
· Knowledge of risk based testing and associated techniques.
· Able to analyse the SAP Test Scripts with limited KT from the client side
· Hands on Test preparation and test execution skills
· Trouble shooting and experience in training the tester or junior resources
