Test Manager

The candidate should be able to perform the following activities
• Centrally manage, Co-ordinate and oversee the execution of different test phases across work streams in scope of the testing and release cycle. • Ensure a governance and control framework in place for testing across all phases of project
• Communicate to stake holders on the status, risks and issues resolution.
• Co-ordination on Planning, execution, Reporting of Test Activities
• Manage and co-ordinate SIT, UAT and Specialized Testing like Automation, Performance, Security etc
• Align Test Activities with overall Project Plan and change of agenda of the wider program
• Participate in Stake holder meetings and customer feedback mechanisms
• Define and Execute Test Strategies including entry and exit criteria
• Develop detailed schedule to monitor and track progress of test activities
• Ensure that all the test phases are delivered on time within the scope and within budget
• Manage changes to test scope, schedule and costs using appropriate verification techniques
• Manage relationships with customer stakeholders, Other Vendors and third parties
• Effort Estimation, resource management, RFP solutioning and support
• Identifying Test risks and preparing mitigation plans
• Implementing Client processes and imparting new process for improvement
• Excellent Oral and Written Communication Skills Must Have: German Speaking
• Diverse experience in software testing Lifecycle adhering to globally accepted test methodology that includes user acceptance testing, system testing and system integration testing etc.
• Experience in Managing Automation and Performance Projects and associated tools
• One or more Scripting skills like Java, Python etc
• Proven experience in handling multiple projects and teams Nice to Have:
• Experience in Automobile Domain
• Knowledge on SAP Testing and Mobile Testing
• Knowledge on Web Services
