Description

Develop a deep understanding of our user needs and pain-points, serving as an expert for your product team

Design the end-to-end user experience for your area, crafting interaction models that remove complexity and add delight

Identify unmet user needs and develop ideas for new and enhanced features

Deliver key design artifacts such as storyboards, user flows, wireframes, prototypes and visuals

Possess a critical eye that looks to deliver intuitive functionality

Develop rapid prototypes and test them with users to understand and enhance your designs

Share your insights, ideas and opinions with your stakeholders and team using data and customer insights

Collaborate with other designers to help raise the bar, impart knowledge and ensure a seamless customer experience

Be an internal thought-leader on user experience best practices and trends

Advocate for our users by stressing the importance of delivering the most appropriate, highest quality experience you and your skills Requirements

4 years of experience designing across platforms in a product design field

Possess thoughtful design processes that drive collaboration and validate new ideas with data and user insights

Strong portfolio that demonstrates how your experience design skills have led to or improved real-world digital experiences

Strong interaction design skills that make the complex seem simple, elegant and usable

Good visual design skills, with an understanding of typography, colour, layout, use of imagery and animation

Strong communication skills, with a tailored approach to suit the audiences

Experience working with cross-functional teams and large-scale software development cycles

Proficient with Sketch, InVision and other key design applications

Experience with UX writing, design languages, branding, materials, etc. are all a plus
