About the role
Description : Assignment Storytelling – Development Innovation Network, Customer Experience
This assignment is about the DIN Customer Experience (CX) from Retail Concept for an initiative about storytelling.
Requirements: For this initiative, we will need some resources as outlined as follows
- UX Designer
A designer who understands digital technologies but also the realities of a store environment. Approachable, humble and curious. Being an IKEA fan is a plus. Knowledge and experience in retail is also a plus. We will be looking to work with an individual with 3-5 years’ experience at least who knows Figma and tech stacks for web and apps well. Being able to communicate and collaborate closely with engineers is a must. This is a 3-months assignment as a consultant ideally co-located in Malmö.
