Visual Designer (UI Designer)
Profile Description
The role of the UI designer is to support by taking the busines requirements
from ideation and to turn them into high-fidelity, interactive prototype designs.
Domain IP
Deep knowledge of design services and design tools.
Product design, UI development knowledge.
Finger on the pulse with emerging technologies, new design tools and up to date on best practices.
Understanding of Banking and financial products, interfaces and services.
Expertise
Visual communication.
Interaction design.
Design software / tools including Sketch & Figma.
Branding and guidelines.
Rapid design prototyping.
Design systems / pattern library design management and creation.
Responsive design skills.
Translating business requirements & epics into a hi-fidelity design templates .
Agility
Skilled communicator.
Empathetic.
Highly collaborative.
Iterative, flexible and collaborative manner.
Required (Minimum) Experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
A strong up-to-date digital portfolio with around 3-4 years’ experience.
A skilled visualiser, sympathetic to client branding.
A master of user interaction design across any media or device and prototype building experience.
Technical Areas
Industry standard tooling and application experience.
Sketch, Figma, In vision, Zeplin, Balsamic, Principle, ProtoPie, XD design , Word, Miro or any virtual white boarding tools.
