Role Description The Application Support Specialist is a full-time, hybrid role based in Current Delhi. This role involves providing day-to-day support for business applications, including monitoring system performance, responding to user queries, and resolving incidents in a timely manner. The specialist will analyze issues, perform root cause investigations, and coordinate with development or infrastructure teams to implement fixes and enhancements. Responsibilities include managing support tickets, documenting solutions and procedures, assisting in application deployments and upgrades, and contributing to continuous improvement of support processes.
