As a Senior UX Architect at our company, your role will involve leading the design and delivery of intuitive, scalable, and user-centric digital experiences. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive impactful product outcomes by implementing UX strategies and UI design expertise. Here is a breakdown of your responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end UX architecture and design for web and mobile applications. - Define UX strategy, design systems, and scalable UI frameworks. - Translate business requirements into user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs. - Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders. - Ensure consistency in design standards, usability, and accessibility. - Conduct user research, usability testing, and incorporate feedback into design improvements. - Drive design thinking workshops and mentor UX/UI designers. - Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs. - Establish and maintain design systems and component libraries. To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills: - 8-12+ years of experience in UX/UI design and architecture. - Strong portfolio showcasing UX strategy, UI design, and complex problem-solving. - Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar. - Strong understanding of design systems, interaction design, and usability principles. - Experience with responsive design, mobile-first approach, and accessibility standards. - Good understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). - Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. - Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Additionally, the following technical skills are required: - UX Research & Design Thinking - Wireframing & Prototyping - Design Systems & Component Libraries - Interaction Design & Information Architecture - Usability Testing & Accessibility (WCAG) - Basic front-end knowledge (HTML, CSS, JS) Preferred qualifications include experience in enterprise applications or large-scale platforms, familiarity with tools like InVision, Zeplin, Miro, or FigJam, experience leading UX teams or mentoring designers, and certification in UX/UI or Human-Centered Design.
