Job Description IT Operations & Data Intern Key Responsibilities Server Backend & Application Support Support backend data activitiesfor UMS, Soundbox, and SAP systems Write and maintain SQL queries,views, and backend reports Assist in data validation,reconciliation, and reporting Support development team withbackend data tasks under supervision IT Operations Analytics Analyse IT operational data(tickets, users, assets, vendors) Create dashboards and reportsfor management visibility Support SLA, TAT, andoperational performance tracking Assist in audit andcompliance-related data preparation Internal Automation & Data Cleanup Automate recurring reportsusing Python Clean and standardise dataacross IT systems Reduce dependency on manualspreadsheets Document automated workflows AI / ML Support (PoC-Level) Assist in data preparation andexploratory analysis for AI/ML use cases Support proof-of-concept modelsand trend analysis Work under guidance onnon-production AI/ML initiatives Digital Transformation Enablement Identify manual or repetitiveIT processes suitable for digitisation Support data-drivendecision-making initiatives Assist in process documentationand standardisation Intern performance will be evaluated basedon technical contribution, learning curve, ownership, and quality ofdeliverables. High-performing interns may be considered for full-time roleswithin the IT department. "QUALIFICATION":" MCA / BCA / BSc (Computer Science / IT orrelated fields) Strong knowledge of SQL (PostgreSQL orsimilar) Working knowledge of Python Familiarity with data analysis andreporting concepts Good analytical and problem-solvingskills Performance Evaluation & Conversion
