You may be a great fit if you have: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field. 23 years of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business Systems, Operations Analytics, or Supplier Management. Experience working with supplier data, procurement systems, ERP platforms, or enterprise applications. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Experience creating reports, dashboards, or data visualizations. Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional global teams. A passion for process improvement and continuous learning. Responsibilities: As a Supplier Applications & Analytics Specialist, you'll help shape and support the systems and processes that power the supplier ecosystem. You'll have the opportunity to: Support supplier onboarding, registration, qualification, and supplier lifecycle activities. Own supplier-facing applications and become the go-to person for troubleshooting, workflow support, and user experience. Design and improve supplier workflows, approval processes, and standard operating procedures. Create standardized templates, documentation, and governance processes. Build dashboards and reports that provide meaningful business insights. Analyze supplier and operational data to identify trends, bottlenecks, risks, and improvement opportunities. Partner with Supply Chain, Procurement, IT, and global business teams to improve supplier experience. Participate in testing, implementation, deployment, and user adoption of new tools and system enhancements. Drive Lean and continuous improvement initiatives that eliminate manual work and improve efficiency. Support supplier master data management and ensure data quality across business applications. Present recommendations and insights to leadership using data-driven storytelling.
