Supply Chain Performance Engineer (Fabrication/Welding)

Hi, We're looking for a Supply Chain Performance Engineer who enjoys working closely with suppliers, manufacturing teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve quality, delivery, and operational excellence. Experience : 3- 10 Yrs Location: Rajkot, Gujarat (Highly Remote) Travel: Up to 50% (including occasional visits to our Pune office and supplier locations) Requirement: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Supplier Quality, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field Experience working with manufacturing suppliers Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Ability to travel up to 50% Strong English communication skills Responsibilities: You'll play a key role in strengthening supplier performance by: Leading supplier quality and performance improvement initiatives. Reviewing and approving PPAP submissions (Levels 14) while supporting suppliers through corrective actions. Driving Lean and Continuous Improvement projects that improve quality, delivery, and cost. Validating supplier capabilities, manufacturing capacity, and quality systems. Leading supplier improvement workshops and Continuous Improvement Events (CIEs). Supporting new product launches by ensuring supplier readiness. Partnering with buyers, category managers, and cross-functional teams to solve complex supply chain challenges. Monitoring supplier performance and driving sustainable improvements through SCARs, 8D, and root cause analysis.
